Return & Exchange Policy
At Club Shoes Relics, it is important to us that our customers can shop with confidence and peace of mind. That is why we include a return form in every shoe box, making the return process simple, fast, and convenient.
If the size of the ordered product is not suitable, or the selected model does not meet your expectations, you may return the product free of charge. Return shipping costs are covered by us, and the purchase price will be refunded after the returned product has been received and inspected.
1. Free Returns
A return form is included in every shoe box with each order.
If the size is not right, or the product does not prove to be the ideal choice, the return process is simple and free of charge.
We cover the return shipping costs.
2. Exchange Option
We offer size exchanges if the requested size is available in our stock.
The exchange will be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
If the requested size is no longer available, we will refund the purchase price.
3. Condition of the Returned Product
We can only accept products that are new, unworn, and undamaged.
Please make sure that the returned shoes are clean and in their original condition.
If there are signs of wear, damage, or use beyond normal fitting, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
4. Return Deadline
If you do not wish to keep the product, request a size exchange, or would like to return it, please notify us within 5 days of receiving the item and initiate the return within this period.
5. Return Process
Each shoe box contains the return form required for the return process.
In case of a return, please follow the instructions and use the label included in the package.
Returned products are handled by our logistics partner.
Before returning the product, please contact us by e-mail.

- order number
- product name
- request for exchange or refund
- requested new size in case of size exchange

6. Refund
Refund processing begins after the returned product has been received and inspected.
We will initiate the refund of the purchase price within 8 days at the latest.
